Product Information

Each item is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in color, texture, and scent are normal and part of the artisanal process. Results may vary by individual. 

Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel and order at our discretion. All pricing is subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information. 

Shipping

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Sage and Tallow Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, opened products cannot be returned. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. 

Skin Sensitivity & Allergies 

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and performing a patch test prior to use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. 

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, images, and designs are the exclusive property of Sage and Tallow Co. and may not be used or reproduced without written permission. 

Limitation of Liability 

By purchasing from us, you agree that Sage and Tallow Co. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
